Breakfast At Tiffany's Brownstone For Sale!

Since I recently channeled Holly Golightly from Breakfast At Tiffany's this past Halloween, I thought it only right to discuss this new and exciting sale. The iconic New York brownstone that was featured in the film is currently on the market! If you have $5,850,000 to spend, this lovely four-story, 3,200 sq. foot building can be yours! 

The current owner is former Merrill Lynch broker, Peter Bacanovic, who was involved in the Martha Steward trading case. This fabulous home is located at 169 E. 71st Street, just off Lexington Avenue. What a wonderful home to own, should you have $6 million laying around in your bank account.
